Submission & Instagram Collaboration

This document outlines the submission guidelines for IGNITE MERAKI 2025, emphasizing the mandatory dual submission process involving both email and Instagram. All entries must be submitted by October 5th, 2025, to be considered for the final selection. The final results will be announced on IGNITE MERAKI's social media pages on October 8th, 2025.

Submission & Instagram Collaboration

All participants are required to submit their entries through both email and Instagram. Failure to comply with both submission methods will result in disqualification.

Deadline:

All entries must be submitted by 5th October 2025.

Email Submission:

Email Address: Send your work to ignitemeraki@gmail.com.
Subject Line Format: The subject line of your email must follow this format: <Event>, <Team Leader Name>.
- Replace <Event> with the name of the event you are participating in.
- Replace <Team Leader Name> with the name of the team leader (or your name if it's an individual event).
  Example: Photography, John Doe

Instagram Submission: (All individual and group events)

Upload: Upload your work/project on Instagram. Ensure the post is public so it can be viewed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the following Instagram accounts:
- @ignite_india
- @meraki_igniteindia
Hashtags: Include the following hashtags in your post:
- #IgniteMeraki2025
- #TheNewWave
Caption: The caption of your Instagram post must include the following information:

- Concept/Idea Explanation: Provide a brief explanation of your concept or idea behind the work/project. This explanation should be between 150–200 words.

- Participant/Team Name + School Name: Clearly state the name of the participant (if it's an individual event) or the team name (if it's a group event), along with the name of the school you/they represent.

Mandatory Requirement

Both the email submission and the Instagram post are mandatory for a valid entry. Submissions that only include one of the two will not be considered.

Final Selection Announcement

The final selection for IGNITE MERAKI 2025 will be announced on the IGNITE MERAKI social media pages on 8th of October 2025. Be sure to follow the accounts mentioned above to stay updated.
